Elena Favaro Viana is the founding lawyer of EFV Legal Professional Corporation, a client-centered law firm built on the values of clarity, strategy, and trust.
Elena is known for her accessible and down-to-earth approach to law—making legal guidance understandable and actionable for entrepreneurs, professionals, corporations and everyday individuals alike.
Her passion lies in helping people feel empowered—not intimidated—by the legal system. She believes that legal support should be a tool for growth, not a barrier to it.
Her practice spans business and corporate law, contracts, wills and estates, and real estate.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Elena enjoys adventure travel, having lived in four countries on three continents, and traveled to 67 Countries with the goal to visit 100 in her lifetime. She also enjoys hiking and sushi dates with her fiance and daughter. She is fluent in Italian.
