Alexandra joined the firm in early 2024 after completing her legal education through the Laurier-Sussex Law Program.
Her academic and professional background spans a diverse range of legal experience, including working in domestic abuse advocacy clinic, engaging in community legal outreach, and contract drafting for non-profits supporting the performing arts sector in the United Kingdom.
Alexandra brings a growing depth of knowledge in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on advising small businesses and startups. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting clients through shareholder and partnership structuring, and incorporating clients when applicable.
With a passion for helping the ‘little guy’ and strong values of community, she is eager and dedicated to assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in their growth.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Alexandra enjoys traveling and hiking, with the goal of reaching 30 countries by the age of 30.
